Janet has been a primary school teacher for over 30 years in Liverpool, Croydon and latterly in West Sussex where she was part of the Senior Leadership Team with specific responsibilities for children with special needs. On retirement, having observed first hand the invaluable support given to vulnerable children by T4C, she offered her services as a Trustee and then occupied the role of Chair for 5 years and has been Deputy Chair for the last 2 years.
